Background: Fatis apathological statein which the accumulation of fat tissueunder the skin. Diet and intake can cause more fat foods such asexcessive energy sources, such as carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
Objektive: This studyaims to determine Overview Diet and Nutrition Intake substances (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates) in Obese Adole scentsat the Polytechnic of Health Ministry of Health Nutrition Department Makassar.
Mecthods: This study is a descriptive research. Dietary data were collected by interview using the Food Frekuency Qualiti to risk eating frequency, and then calculated the total score of each sample based on the FFQ operational definitions and objective criteria, and then processed using the computer program excel. And nutrient intake obtained using the 24-hour food recall was processed using the program and compared with the AKG nutrisurvey. Obesity is obtained by measuring weight and height.
Results: The results showed that picture of food diet as much as 45.9% and the risk of diet foods are not at risk of 54.1%. more protein intake as much as 59.5% and as much as 18.9% less. fat intake as much as 43.3% and 43.2% less. carbohydrate intake as much as 40.6% less 37.8%.
Suggestion: It is advis able for studentsto be able to eat good diet of meal frequency and type of food consumed so that the intake does not exceed the requirements
