SARAPAN SANTRIWATI  BELUM MENDUKUNG KEMAMPUAN MENGHAFAL AL-QURAN

Abstract

Backgrounds: Breakfast is a meal eaten in the morning, Time of work Starting at 6:00 am until 10:00 am.  Breakfast is recommended for a light meal for digestion So it is advisable to eat foods that have high kadarserat with adequate protein but with low fat content. Physical activity is the body movement produced by skeletal muscles that require energy expenditure. 

Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship between breakfast and the ability to memorize Al-quran santriwati. The research design is cross sectional study. Sample size of 30 people santriwati on campus III Bulu Lampang DDI Mangkoso Soppeng Riaja District Barru. Breakfast habits are collected by 24-hour recall method. Ability to memorize Al-Quran in documented method, data analysis using Chi Square test). 

Results: The results showed that the habit of breakfast santriwati regular category are 21 people (70%), The ability to memorize Al-Quran santriwati which included in good category as many as 16 people (53,3%). The results of statistical tests found that there is a relationship between breakfast habits with the ability to memorize Al-Quran (p: 0.0003).
